  • Technical Diligence in Hanoi
The is an important Technical Due Diligence for a Building in Ha Noi, which consists of 5 basements and 18 floors.

Technical Diligence is an investigation or audit prior to an investment transaction.

The aim of Technical Due Diligence is to make sure that the buildings involved are in conformity with the project’s specifications. This is achieved through visual inspections of all potential risk areas, with clients being advised on which areas need immediate action in order to ensure compliance, and which ones require a more detailed audit. This is therefore to reduce the probability of unnecessary harm to either party or entity involved in the transaction.

Technical Due Diligence involves the visual inspection of all visible and accessible risk areas within a building. The Bureau Veritas team will compile an initial report, outlining potentially serious problems. The seriousness and damaging potential of each problem is analyzed and, based upon these findings, the client can then choose whether or not to pursue with more detailed inspections.

This will be done in coordination with BV Dubai.
